training site is run very slow and maximum colsed at time 12 a.m to 5 p.m why ?

why new password is not being generated for me ... when I am trying to login after 12 midnight? After 12 midnight its a new day & I can start my daily 8 hours training from 12 midnight onwards. pls clarify.
