logged in withyour first sent password. completed 2hrs of work but am not able to log in at all though i have asked for 6 new paswords and tried ll of them. what is the problem?

My ID is : LICI 1903130099 applied thru your persons. for login struggeled for 2 months. and for certificate 10 days. they are not picking any of my calls. paid full amount. but, didnt get any exam till today. Finally, today i hv again paid my fee. sorry to say this is happening in the hyderabad. We have struggled a lot with them. we r going to register a complaint against the people. thanks.

What is the enrollment fee to become insurance agent and if a candidate is unable to qualify then can he give another qualifying exam with the same enrollment or he has to enroll once again. If he can give exam with the same enrollment then either he has to pay fee once again or not.
