I am about to complete the training period and all of a sudden I received a message stating that the time is over. I request you to extend traning for two days duly informing me over phone.My user ID No hdfi1304110042.customer ID no ci110012774.

sir i started my training on 29th april and time alloted for each chapter is 4 hours. how can i spend 4 hours on 1st chapter which carries only 12 pages..in one hour i read it thrice. i was yet not completed my training and it was expired on 13th so please regenerate my id
.my previous id was-HDFI2604110220.

As per the guidlines you have to complete minimum time of all the chapters, and kindly ask your branch to re-generation of ID.
